YSP20, YSM40R, YSi-V and Auto Loading Feeder
Positional deviation occurs frequently after mounting ultra-tiny components.
Components are used too fast to be replenished.
The production volume needs to be increased as much as possible with a limited floor space.
(YSM40R): The technology that enables high-speed, high-accuracy, and high-density mounting with a chip mounting accuracy of ±35 μm (±25 μm).
(Auto Loading Feeder): The Auto Loading Feeder enables presetting two reels of chip components and setting them without skills.
(YSM40R): The compact design with a machine width of 1 m enables a productivity of 200,000 CPH, the highest in the world.
The stable high-accuracy and high-density mounting deliveres high- speed and high-efficent production.
Auto Loading Feeder can preset two reels to prevent shortage of components. The frequency of replenishment of components is decreased significantly, which reduces the burden on operators.
This production line equipment can be installed in a small space, realizing an overwhelming productivity per area. While this is a dual-lane specification, it can be operated in a manner similar to that of using two single lanes.
