SMD tray feeders from YAMAHA SMT

There are 3 types of YAMAHA tray feeders. YAMAHA calls them ATS Automatic Tray Suppliers. 

• ATS 10 with 10 trays capacity 

• ATS 30 with 30 trays capacity

• ATS 30ns with 30 trays capacity - with a load function that allows the reload of 1 tray while the assembly line is running

SMD trays are placed on pallets that is held in the ATS magazine.

The YAMAHA ATS feeders can function on the YSM20 and YSM20 r pick & place machines - also the wide version.
